Unique bed design

The hotel was a nice place for enjoying a pretty quiet area, next to the city center and the centre of Madrid in the evening. Quiet location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. And it's at a short distance from Gourment Empanadas, ate there once or twice.

Try the rooftop pool for a refreshing escape. It's a great way to unwind after a busy day in the city.

Modern hotel, EXCELLENT and very attentive staff, excellent location very near to the main transport connections.

The room was clean but too hot without AC .

The bathroom offered good size and an effective shower. The room was clean upon arrival, always a plus.

Central air conditioning was a bust. It did nothing to cool down during the scorching heatwave averaging 25 to 37 degrees. The broken curtain allowed an inconvenient amount of light in. The door was a security concern as it required force to lock properly. The overall room feel was cramped with the bed setup and left us without easy access to drinking water or hot beverage-making facilities. Walking around the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy at night.

The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations. The pool was a refreshing respite after my city explorations.

Absolutely charming hotel, except for the extreme warmth in the room, not to mention the broken curtain that let in an annoying amount of light! I also expected a welcome gift but instead received a cramped, airless box. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't with such poor service and conditions.

The amenities didn't live up to what was advertised, and I felt a bit misled.

Had a quirky stay with a fun bed that raised and lowered, but the terrace room's photos didn’t match the actual size. I'd consider coming back for the unique concept!

Had a blast here! The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. I really appreciated the clean, modern rooms that felt so cozy. Plus, the rooftop pool was a perfect escape after a long day. Just wish the cleaning staff came by a bit earlier-sometimes I wanted to sleep in. But overall, great experience!
